Return Policy

We do not accept returns, as the products are created custom by our in-house team of specialists.

For damaged products: we will replace damaged products, but you must return the damaged product in order to receive a replacement.  

Please notify us prior to returning the product, so that we may verify that you are eligible for the refund.
